Miva Merchant is licensed on a per-domain basis. Miva Merchant 2.0 currently costs $995* and includes a license for a single storefront. Additional storefront licenses may be purchased separately at a cost of $245 per license. The $245 license allows you to open another virtual 'store' within your Merchant 'mall'. To gain another 'store' for any additional domains (virtual hosts) on your account, the $995 fee applies.

Miva Merchant, which is powered by the MIVA engine from Miva Corporation, is an easy to use program for creating online catalogs and shopping carts.

Miva, formerly known as HTMLScript, is produced by Miva Corporation. Miva allows you to quickly build dynamic Web sites that integrate scripting, database, and commerce features. The Miva engine itself, Miva Empresa, can be easily installed on your Server from a Telnet or SSH session. There are also tools available that allow you to build Miva-powered Web pages on your Windows-based PC and then upload them to the server when you are ready.

Once Miva is installed, your Server will recognize any file with a .mv file extension as a Miva-enhanced Web page. These pages will be processed by Miva before being sent to the end user.
