How To Cancel In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your Virtual Server, please follow these steps. Make certain that you want to cancel your server before sending us a cancellation notice. Once your server is cancelled, there is a $100 fee to reinstate your virtual server once it has been terminated. Fax a signed letter with the domain name of the server you want cancelled, your Reseller/Customer ID, the date you would like to stop service, and the current password of your virtual server to (02) 9721 0328. Also, please let us know the reasons why you decided to cancel, what you liked about our service and what you think we can improve upon. Your feedback is crucial to our future success!
