Discounts are available to any Spirit Servers customer who
places a reseller application with Spirit Servers. Reseller
discounts apply only to our Spirit Servers Hosting packages. Excluding: (Windows 2000 and our full dedicated servers)

Because resellers are responsible for marketing, billing, and
supporting their clients, a large percentage of the system cost
can be discounted, providing more potential profit margin for the
reseller. Discounts are based on volume, and are calculated on
the total number of servers billed to the reseller each month.
The discount levels are as follows:

• Standard User (Virtual hosting - 2 Class Servers):
  No Discounts
  
  
• Intermediate Level Resellers (3-4 Class Servers): 10% Discount
  on Each Qualifying Server Class.
  
  
• Advanced Level Resellers (5-19 Servers): 20% Discount
  on Each Qualifying Server Class.
  
  
• Professional Level Resellers (20+ Class Servers):
  25% Discount on Each Qualifying Server Class.
  
  

Because we give such discounts, we will not bill your clientele
separately. Spirit Servers will bill you directly, and in turn, you
need to bill your clients. All billing must be done on the same
credit card. (Or, if you have over 20 virtual servers, we can
set up other options for you.)

To insure that you receive the proper reseller discounts for
your multiple accounts, please use the same Reseller ID
and PIN number for each order you place.

NOTE: When you order your first, third or 10th qualified Virtual
Server account, you will then qualify for the new discount
levels (as outlined above). The account that is set up and
qualifies for the new discount level will immediately receive the
new discount level. All other accounts will receive the new
discount level on the next first of the month. No pro-rated
fees will be credited back for that month.
