Professional Level Resellers (with 20 or more servers)
are eligible for all the Advanced Level benefits, plus:
30% discount on all qualifying servers' monthly fees

A few resellers have brought up the question, 'What if the people I resell to find out about Spirit Servers and want to resell directly with Spirit Servers? What is Spirit Server's policy on this?'

Spirit Servers understands these issues 100% and has gone to great lengths to stay completely anonymous to your end customers. To be honest, this situation has never happened. If by chance one of your customers wants to go direct with us, we have implemented guidelines to help in these situations.

If one of your customers wants to purchase servers directly from Spirit Servers, they must:

Order completely new Spirit Server(s), with new IP address(es), and pay all applicable setup fees for each server they wish to purchase from us. We will not just switch the billing over to Spirit Servers.

Pay to set up any additional products or services which they had on their server(s), including virtual host setup fees and SSL charges.

Transfer all content of their servers to the new servers themselves. We will not move their server content over for them.

Close their account with you, the reseller, and make sure that they are up-to-date in any payments that are owed to you, before they can purchase directly from us.

We hope that these policies will deter your clients from wanting to buy servers directly from us in the small chance that they find out that you are purchasing servers from Spirit Servers.
